Overview

Women's Leadership Program

Designed to provide emerging female professionals the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills while building a professional network that will serve them and their organizations throughout their careers. We partner with Simmons University to provide content specifically focused on the female professional.

All in for Advancement

To help Boston businesses address workplace issues that may be holding female professionals back, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network and Babson College are pleased to partner on a custom group leadership program designed to support organizations as they shape and shift their culture towards gender equity and inclusivity. We are recruiting companies who are dedicated to supporting culture change from within and have the support of their CEO and senior leadership in championing inclusive cultures.

Greater Boston Chamber Fellowship for Advanced Leaders

Built for senior-level leaders looking to refine advanced business management skills and strengthen their understanding of Greater Boston’s relationship with the global economy. We partner with expert faculty from MIT Sloan School of Management for a six month, tailored experience.
